I love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for at least a year now. The service is amazing! I never had a problem. Showers work! Fits my height lol. AC blows soo good! The only thing I never got to do was to go in the pool😢!!! Everything was good! This place actually has potential! Maybe 🤔 new headboards would be nice with no writing on it, repaint the doors and walls bc it did look a bit rough and replace the lights in the hallway bc I could barely see at night… and the carpet in hallways needs a deep deep clean too! Other that everything inside looks well cleaned and well taken care of! It’s exactly like the picture!! I love this place it’s so quiet… until a lady at 7pm was yelling… but yeah!!! Otherwise it’s nice!!! Staff was very polite and very easy too!

I like it it’s comfortable

The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).

Honestly, this place was a letdown. The moment we walked into our first room on the 2nd floor, there was a spider just sitting on the wall like it owned the place. Not exactly the welcome you expect. The next morning made it worse—the shower water was ice cold and stayed that way. No hot water at all. We had to switch rooms because of it. So they move us to the 10th floor, and somehow it gets worse. The light switch in the room didn’t even work. Like… how is that even acceptable? And to top it off, the valet situation was weird. The guy working nights (bald guy) gave off a really uncomfortable vibe. Just didn’t feel right at all. Overall, this hotel is mid at best. Definitely not 5-star like it tries to be. Too many basic issues that shouldn’t even be happening. I wouldn’t stay here again when I come back to LA—there are way better options for the price. The valet parking is also expensive, at $75 per day
